Why it matters

In an emergency, the first minutes count
– before help arrives

01

You react, you don't panic

You know what to do when your pet chokes, faints or starts bleeding. Calm and a clear plan of action instead of paralysis.

02

Time is life

It takes several – sometimes many – minutes before you reach the clinic. What you do in that time genuinely affects the outcome.

03

Practice, not theory

We practise on dog and cat manikins: CPR, positioning, dressing, transport – physically, step by step, not just on slides.

04

Led by a practitioner

The training is led by a professionally active veterinary technician. Knowledge from clinical practice, not from the internet.

FAQ

The questions we hear most often

Is the training suitable for people without a medical background?

Yes – we teach from scratch, in plain language. You don't need any medical knowledge to help your pet effectively.

How is the webinar different from a hands-on workshop?

The webinar is live theory online (1.5 h) plus questions. A hands-on workshop adds practice on dog and cat manikins: CPR, dressings, transport – all physical, step by step.

Will I get a certificate and materials?

Every participant receives a PDF handbook, checklists and an emergency-numbers card for the fridge. For closed training we also issue personalised certificates (with the organisation's logo for companies).

Is company training tax-deductible and can it be funded through the KFS?

Yes – it's a tax-deductible business expense and we issue a VAT invoice. The National Training Fund (KFS) can cover up to 80% of the cost (up to 100% for micro-businesses). We help prepare the paperwork.

How big is the group for closed, hands-on training?

Ideally 8–10 people, so everyone really gets to practise on a manikin. We split the time into two practice groups: dressings and resuscitation.

Do you travel beyond the Tricity and run training in English?

Yes, across Poland (travel costs apply outside the Tricity (Gdańsk area)). An English-language version is also available for international teams.
